INGREDIENTS
3 red bell peppers, halved

LEMONY BASIL TOMATOES
1 cup recent basil, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup more virgin olive oil
crushed red pepper flakes
zest from 1 lemon
kosher salt

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 400 levels F.
